Zico Foundation and Hoang Anh Gia Lai FC Launch Charity Auction to Support Healthcare Workers in Vietnam

Following the generous support received from the Vietnamese public in May 2021 to assist Thailand's COVID-19 response, Zico Foundation successfully delivered all donated funds to Khon Buri Hospital and Ramathibodi Hospital, helping strengthen healthcare services during the pandemic.

As COVID-19 cases later surged in Vietnam, Zico Foundation and Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club joined forces once again—this time to support Vietnamese healthcare professionals on the front lines.

To raise funds, the organisations launched a charity auction featuring an official Hoang Anh Gia Lai FC yellow match jersey, number 13, personally signed by Kiatisuk Senamuang and delivered directly from Vietnam. All proceeds from the auction were donated to support healthcare workers in Vietnam as they continued their efforts to care for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The initiative reflects the enduring friendship between Thailand and Vietnam and demonstrates how football can bring communities together to provide meaningful humanitarian support during times of crisis.
