Zico Foundation Holds Orientation for Youth Football Scholarship Students Ahead of England Training Program

Kiatisuk Senamuang, President of the Zico Foundation, organised an orientation session for the 15 students selected for the “King's Youth Football Scholarship” program prior to their departure to England for a two-week football and educational experience.

The orientation was held on 29 September 2019 at the Zico Foundation in Nonthaburi. The session aimed to provide students and parents with information regarding the program objectives, travel schedule, preparation guidelines, student handbook, football training curriculum, and regulations during their stay in England.

The students also received an introduction to the English education system, travel preparations, and important guidelines for living abroad during the program.

During the two-week training program from 13–28 October at Brooke House College Football Academy, the students will receive football training from Coach Zico together with UEFA-licensed coaches from the academy. The program also includes English language learning, football theory classes, and participation in three friendly matches.

In addition, Leicester City Football Club kindly provided the students with the opportunity to attend an English Premier League match between Leicester City and Burnley at King Power Stadium, including hospitality tickets for all participants.

The program will conclude with educational and cultural visits to London, Liverpool, and Manchester, providing students with valuable international experiences both on and off the field.
