King's Youth Football Scholarship Students Begin Football Development Program in England

The students selected for the “King's Youth Football Scholarship” program departed from Thailand via Suvarnabhumi Airport and arrived at Heathrow Airport in London, England, before continuing their journey to the town of Market Harborough, approximately two hours from London.

The students will participate in a two-week football training and educational program at Brooke House College Football Academy, one of England’s leading football academies accredited by The Football Association (FA).

During the program, all 15 students will attend English language classes in the mornings, focusing on communication skills for daily life in the United Kingdom. In the afternoons from Monday to Friday, the students will participate in two-hour football training sessions led by UEFA-licensed coaches.

The academy’s training program focuses on developing individual ability and combination play — areas that young Thai players may have fewer opportunities to experience. In addition to training sessions, the students will also take part in three friendly matches, including games against Brooke House College teams and an Under-15 team from Nottingham Forest Football Club.

The program also includes educational and cultural experiences, with visits to famous football stadiums including Anfield, Old Trafford, and Etihad Stadium, as well as sightseeing activities in London and Cambridge.

The two-week experience aims to provide the students with international football exposure, educational opportunities, and valuable life experiences both on and off the field.
